I offer one-to-one support for deeper, personalized guidance. I create spaces that honor your nervous system, your boundaries, and your readiness. We will move slowly and collaboratively.

The Healing Trauma Program
A nine-month online course to befriend the nervous system, foster resilience, and embody safety. The program includes two live sessions with me, as well as live sessions with other top trauma experts.
The next cohort starts in January 2026. -

Healing Songs and Meditations
These are gentle songs paired with nature imagery created as companions for moments when words alone aren't enough.
Each song is written as a letter: spoken directly to pain, hunger, shame, the body, and nourishment — rather than about them.
